Ebony has been an attorney in the eDiscovery group at Abbott for over seven years. She is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders, including Litigation, Internal Investigations, Privacy, Regulatory, Legal Commercial groups, HR, Commercial businesses, and IT (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure) to create, refine, and implement controls, processes, and business requirements related to eDiscovery and eDiscovery considerations for evaluating new technologies. Before joining Abbott, Ebony worked in private practice and local government where she was engaged in a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters including, investigations, insurance, environmental, financial, marketing/advertising, and complex municipal, civil, and commercial cases. She received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. She is licensed to practice in New York and Illinois.
