Eric Pender is Senior Director, Engagement Management, at Lighthouse. He leverages Lighthouse’s advanced technology, analytics, and linguistic expertise to guide clients through effective data discovery and risk management workflows. He has a breadth of experience across the information governance and eDiscovery data lifecycles, with deep expertise across highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and pharmaceutical, and across various matter types such as Second Requests, FCPA violations, intellectual property litigation, and internal investigations.
Eric is an expert in the development and use of predictive models for information retrieval and data classification. He has worked with corporate legal teams to centralize and streamline eDiscovery efforts and use analytics to optimize operations.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Eric was a Director at FTI Consulting where he worked on a wide variety of eDiscovery and information governance matters. Eric received his B.A. and J.D. from Michigan State University.
