Margaret Dolson
Managing Director, Technology, Data, and Innovation, Deutsche Bank
Margaret Dolson is a Managing Director in the Technology, Data, and Innovation Division at Deutsche Bank. She joined DB in July 2017. Margaret leads the eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology functions. Both functions are integral to the Bank’s ability to meet its obligations to respond to and cooperate with enforcement and supervisory regulators and satisfy obligations under applicable legal rules in courts. Margaret is also collaborating across the Division to drive the strategy and delivery for several IT strategy initiatives, such as data disposal, application landscape simplification, application decommission due diligence for applications on legal hold, and the development of legal hold requirements for applications migrating to the cloud. She is also spearheading the requirements gathering for compliance capture, compliance surveillance, and eDiscovery requirements for Microsoft Teams.
Margaret is a member of the TDI Americas Executive Committee representing Corporate Functions Technology. She is also a member of the DB Black Leadership Development working group. Prior to joining DB, Margaret held various roles at JPMorgan Chase over a period of 10 years. She has a broad range of experience building programs, business process, technology, and teams. Margaret has had responsibility for significant budgets and driving high-impact transformation. She is skilled at cost management, operational optimization, process design, and employing data insights to transform department and improve business outcomes. Margaret provides thought leadership on eDiscovery, big data management, and information governance within the industry.
