As Vice President of Client Solutions & Success, Reem leverages her diverse background to work with clients to develop and deploy unified, defensible, and effective eDiscovery programs. With more than 20 years of experience covering law firms, legal technology, and eDiscovery, her most impactful work has included transforming the client journey with focus on client experience and advocacy.

At Nuix, Reem brought together people, technology, and process to maximize customer satisfaction and consistent delivery through optimizing collaboration environments. She also focused on acquisition integration and creating a single, unified global team culture.

At FTI, her strategic vision grew the business from $0 to $1M in professional services revenue focusing on new offerings to align with client needs and business objectives. She also led the creation of a client success program centered on driving maximum value and desired outcomes for clients.

Reem is passionate about creating a people-focused culture that fosters engagement and cross-functional collaboration internally with employees and simultaneously with clients. Focusing on the people and how the technology will help brings the best solutions and client experiences.

Reem holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
