Alison Shier

Senior Director, Client Solutions and Success, Lighthouse

Alison began her career in eDiscovery at Arnold & Porter LLPs antitrust group over 10 years ago. Alison served as a core member of the A&P eDiscovery team managing second requests. From there, she started working as a Project Manager for an eDiscovery company, and quickly moved up the ranks to become one of ten National Account Directors. During this experience, Alison worked with one of the largest global financial institutions to build out their eDiscovery program over a 3 period. During her 4 years at Lighthouse, Alison has partnered with some of the largest global corporations to create solutions for successfully managing their high stakes litigations and investigations. She also partners with our clients to develop and implement their in-house discovery technologies and playbooks, rollout technical training programs, manage reporting around costs and review, and ensure that client’s quality and service requirements are met consistently. Alison graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in organizational management and consulting.
