Natausha Cruz Wilson, Esq., has over 14 years in the field of Information Governance as an advisor, practitioner, and subject matter expert. She specializes in the assessment, development, and maintenance of comprehensive information governance/privacy programs. In her current role as Director of the Information Governance Organization for Qualcomm Incorporated, Natausha is charged with building the information governance framework, leading a cross-functional steering committee, and deploying a change management strategy for the adoption of new data handling requirements. Just prior to joining Qualcomm, Natausha was a Director in the Information Governance Practice of the Advisory Group at HBR Consulting (HBR), with a focus on privacy and records management process. Her unique perspective on information governance has been significantly shaped by her time practicing commercial litigation on both coasts. Natausha is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), Certified Information Privacy Processional (CIPP), Information Governance Professional (IGP), and has Microsoft Office 365 certifications for “Fundamentals” and “Service Adoption”. She maintains licenses to practice law in both New York State and California.
